Kurulduğu günden itibaren,

• Kojenerasyon-Trijenerasyon tesisleri,
• Çöp gazından elektrik üretimi (Landfill) tesisleri,
• Biyogaz’dan elektrik üretim tesisleri,
• Atık su arıtmadan elektrik üretme (WWTP) tesisleri,

konularında faaliyet göstermektedir.

Kendi bünyesinde gerçekleştirdiği mühendislik, dizayn, tedarik, kurulum ve satış sonrası hizmetler ile müşteri memnuniyetini birinci önceliği yapan İltekno, 4 kıtada, 24 farklı ülkede, 320’den fazla başarılı proje ile 2300mW’ın üzerinde kurulu kapasiteye ulaşmıştır. Bu projelerin 150’den fazlasını EPC (Mühendislik-Tedarik-Kurulum) bazında gerçekleştirmiştir. İltekno dünyanın farklı kıtalarında, farklı ülke ve iklim koşullarında devreye aldığı çok sayıda başarılı projeler sonrası 2020 yılında MWM tarafından “Recognized Solutions Provider” ilan edilmiştir. Böylece Ortadoğu, Orta Asya ve Kuzey Afrika bölgelerine satış ve servis hizmeti verme hakkı kazanmıştır.
